The project includes the following work packages:

• WP1 Design and development of novel aptamer-based probes against PD-L1.
• WP2 Application studies of new aptamers in molecular imaging – verification the binding of the aptamers to PD-L1 protein expressed on the cells surface. 
• WP3 Application studies of new aptamers in molecular imaging – ssDNA-PD-L1 as a probe in molecular imaging of mice renal cancer.
